Please follow the program completely, even if you think a part or section is silly, follow the program. Stay away from alcohol, it may weaken your willpower to choose not to have a cigarette. Stay away from smokers and smoke filled rooms, until you think cigarettes smell bad. It may take more that one attempt, but know that each attempt you make, will be better than the last. Statistically, your chances of quitting go up 5 % each time you quit. If at first you don't succeed, try Try Again!

I originally developed this Quit Smoking Program after my Peer Recovery Specialist Training. I decided to develop an iPhone App.
My reasoning was: Instead of pulling a pack of cigarettes out of your pocket or purse, whip out your iPhone and use the App to divert your mind from wanting a cigarette!!! I decided to make a website to help people that didn't have an iPhone. I created a PDF document of the program for people that don't have access to a computer. There may be slight differences for each format, the iPhone version was very concise for obvious reasons. I redesigned the website to have a chat feature for users to communicate with each other for support. I am also developing an iPad version, to mirror the content on the new website. I am trying to raise money to print the program in a booklet form and also help cover my development and maintenance costs. Please make a donation, the cost of a pack of cigarettes would help! Thanks for your support!
